Charlie was a delight to work with on the 2023 Havens Hospices art trail, ‘Herd In The City.’ From the outset, Charlie was enthused and engaged with the project and the cause, attending key stakeholder events and participating in local and regional media opportunities.

 

The art that Charlie produced for Herd In The City was not only beautifully created but thought-provoking, helping to start sometimes difficult conversations about life and death. She articulated this subject through her art and communications to help inspire others.

 

Charlie also curated and ran a workshop for young people and their families cared for by Havens Hospices. She adapted the activities accordingly, spent time coaching and encouraging the participants and helped them to create a keepsake and memories for years to come.
